What’s Service Design?
Service design studies the experiences between customers, brands and their supporting systems to identify problems and opportunities. It then connects the points of the experience with the right systems and technologies to create meaningful and effective services for customers. Our approach is based on collaboration and education: while co-designing the solution, we up-skill our clients’ teams on the Service Design’s tools and methodologies.
Formerly Orange Digital, a standalone digital agency wholly owned by Orange, we have a long and successful track record of many years working in the highly competitive telecommunications sector. We became independent following a management buyout (MBO) in October 2014, led by our CEO Pierre Briffaut to create a new company that was collaborative, nimble and flexible.
Across London and Paris we have a diverse group of highly-skilled experts drawing upon experience that spans the globe from Europe to Asia to the United States. We believe in the power of diversity. This means that in addition to delivering large-scale work for major clients (EE, Orange, Vodafone, Total, Twitter, L’Oréal, …), we enjoy rolling our sleeves up on smaller projects for challenger brands and startups as well.
